Return & Refund Policy

At Oasis Candles, we take great care in packaging our products. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or
  • You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging
  2. Proof of purchase is required
  3. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect scent selection
  3. Incorrect colour selection
  4. Items that have been used or lit
  5. Items not returned in original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all candles are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oasiscandlesmelb@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds 

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced after assessment 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the ACL.
